Survey on the Urban Quality of Tunis

This survey aims to assess urban quality in the municipality of Tunis. Your participation is essential to improve our understanding of urban challenges and contribute to the development of appropriate public policies.

Study context
We thank you for participating in this survey as part of university research on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve local urban governance and spatial planning in tourism development, with a focus on the metropolis of Tunis.

In cities of the Global South like Tunis, where tourism often develops without adequate planning tools, this study explores how AI can reveal the intensity and spatial equity of tourism distribution, as well as its links to urban quality of life. It aims to identify areas of overtourism or undertourism, assess accessibility and spatial inclusion, and offer data-driven insights for local authorities, residents, and tourists.

Your opinion, whether you are a professional, resident, visitor, or passerby, is essential for incorporating real-life perceptions and avoiding bias in our analyses. Your responses will help us make this research an empowering tool for a more equitable and sustainable urban life in Tunis.

Thank you for your time and contribution!
